To promote and develop sport and physical recreation in Northern Ireland over the next 10 years

Policy sets out:

  • A 10 year vision for sport and physical recreation in Northern Ireland:
  • Government’s commitment;
  • Targets to be achieved;
  • Actions for achieving the targets; and
  • A framework and costs of implementing strategy

No adverse impact on equality of opportunity

Irish Language Legislation

Proposed legislation aims to enhance and promote the status of the Irish language in the provision of public services in Northern Ireland

Consultation on proposed Irish language legislation sought views on a number of possible approaches to legislation
